Front Desk Receptionist (only female)

Key accountabilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests;
  • Provide visitors with required information
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and organization;
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls;
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email;
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries;
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges);
  • Report work-related information and problems to management;

Required skills/experience:

  • High school degree
  • Min 1 year work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or related fields;
  • Good command of the Azerbaijani, English and Russian language, written and verbal – ability to communicate information clearly, concisely, accurately
  • Computer skills – particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
HSE Specialist
  • Supervision of labor protection and technical safety in workplaces;
  • Health and safety process management;
  • To familiarize all employees of the company with safety rules and ensure their compliance in accordance with the law;
  • To assess risks in work conditions and taking appropriate measures;
  • To record the conducted internal audits and to report to the supervisor about the revealed violations of rules;
  • To record events at work and present indicators to management;
  • Reporting of incidents and providing information;
  • Management of the process of identification of hazards and risk assessment in workplaces, implementation of control measures
  • To take preventive measures for work-related injuries, damage and illnesses;
  • Investigation and reporting of accidents and incidents;
  • To control compliance with labor protection rules and norms, issues mandatory instructions to officials on the elimination of discovered violations, as well as makes a presentation to the management on disciplinary action against persons who violate labor protection legislation
  • Environmental, waste management;
  • To conduct daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual (general and detailed) inspections (inspections) at workplaces;
  • To conduct induction training with employees, periodic training on HSE;

Required skills/experience:

  • Higher education in relevant field is an advantage;
  • HSE qualifications;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field;
  • Knowledge of Azerbaijani (Fluent), Russian and English are preferable;
  • Strong working ability with MS Office programs;
  • Relevant certification on HSE;
  • To be familiar with main principles of Labor Organization;
  • To be familiar with main principles of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001-2018;
